Botanical Painting & Printmaking Course

If you enjoy painting or drawing, you'll find that your skills naturally translate into printmaking, allowing you to reinterpret artwork or create entirely new images. This course incorporates intaglio printmaking (drypoint on perspex) and monotype techniques, alongside an exploration of botanical painting, each offering unique creative possibilities.

From delicate tonal effects to bold, expressive lines, printmaking opens new avenues for experimentation. Through exciting exploration of aquatint, Chine Colle, oil and water-based inks, you'll leave with a deep appreciation of this incredibly enjoyable - and rather addictive - medium, as well as a solid understanding of the botanical painting that Rosie Sanders is celebrated for.
