Delivery within the UK is £10.
Delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is charged at £15.
Delivery outside of UK and Channel Islands is charged at a flat fee of £20.
Please do bear in mind that overseas shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. These duties and taxes should be checked before purchase.
These additional charges are at the customer’s expense. Rosie Sanders has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for additional charges.

All orders are packed carefully by hand using appropriate and high quality packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
Orders are sent using a reliable courier, or via Royal Mail on a tracked & signed for service.

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 days of your order being placed. Edition prints can take up to 14 days to be dispatched. If you require your order urgently, please get in touch before you place your order to discuss dispatch timeframes.

If you buy any art online from www.rosiesanders.com, you have 14 days from the date you receive the artwork to change your mind. The only exception to this is if you commission any artwork yourself, or request any bespoke additions to your order.
If you wish to return an item you may send it back to Rosie Sanders, in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund.
The return postage is the responsibility of the customer, including insuring the artwork in transit to its full value.

If you suspect your artwork is damaged upon arrival, please contact Rosie Sanders immediately. Please retain all packaging and obtain photographs of both the packaging and contents.
Damaged items will need to be returned for a refund or a replacement.

All orders are sent via a tracked service. If you have any concern about your order’s location, please contact me and request a tracking update. In the unlikely instance that your parcel doesn’t arrive or is sent to the wrong location, I will seek compensation from the courier and either refund you or replace the item as soon as possible.
